Eight years ago, Jeff and Stephanie founded Healthy Once and For All with a shared passion:
helping people take control of their health and create lasting change.
From the beginning, they knew true health was about more than following a diet or completing an exercise program.
Lasting transformation begins by changing the relationship you have with yourself, with your food, your body, your choices, and your life. That belief became the foundation of everything they created.

Jeff and Stephanie experienced firsthand how changing their mindset, habits, and relationship with health could transform far more than their physical appearance. Their journeys gave them a deeper understanding of the challenges people face and the belief that lasting change is possible.
These photos capture a visible part of that transformation. But the most important changes cannot always be seen, greater confidence, personal responsibility, healthier choices and a completely different relationship with food, body and life.
That experience became the inspiration for helping others create lasting change of their own.
About a year and a half ago, Stephanie decided to step away from the business for a while to focus on her career in software.
It was a significant transition, but it also opened the door to a new chapter, one that allowed the business to reconsider who it was, who it wanted to serve, and how it could create an even greater impact.
Around this time, Jeff was incredibly fortunate to welcome Peter John Mather to the team. Peter brought fresh energy, valuable skills, new ideas, and a powerful vision for what they could build together.

Peter has never followed a conventional path. His life has moved through entrepreneurship, business ownership, property investment, elite sport, leadership, and personal development. As a professional skydiver, he represented Great Britain four times and later helped guide a skydiving centre through the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic.
These experiences shaped a much deeper personal journey of addiction, health challenges, recovery and rebuilding. They gave him a clear understanding of how difficult change can be, and how powerful it becomes when someone chooses honesty, personal responsibility, and forward action.
Through his leadership work with the Tony Robbins organisation, Peter and Jeff discovered a shared belief in the power of mindset, environment, and community. When Peter joined the business, he brought new energy, lived experience, and a vision for helping people create change that goes far beyond food and exercise.
That journey became a key part of the evolution from Healthy Once and For All into Healthy Mindset Rebels, a movement built on the belief that your past does not have to define your future.
As the team and vision evolved, Jeff and Peter began repositioning the company. They rethought its message, reshaped parts of the business, and expanded its ambitions.
Healthy Once and For All became Healthy Mindset Rebels.
The new name reflects a much bigger purpose. Today, the team is not simply helping people change their health. They are helping them challenge the beliefs, habits, and expectations that have kept them stuck.
Being a Healthy Mindset Rebel means questioning the old stories you have been told about health. It means refusing to hand responsibility for your wellbeing to someone else. Most importantly, it means recognising that you have the power to create meaningful change.
Our mission is to wake up 100 million people to the fact that they are 100% responsible for their health and the health of their families.
Responsibility does not mean blame, perfection, or having to do everything alone. It means recognising your power, the power to make informed choices, develop healthier patterns, and create a different future for yourself and the people you love.
We help people build a new relationship with:
Their food
Their body
Their health
Their mindset
Their life
Healthy Mindset Rebels is more than a health company. It is a movement to wake people up, help them reclaim their power, and give them the mindset and tools to take responsibility for their health and their lives.
Because lasting change does not begin with another diet. It begins with a new mindset.
